Given the current circumstances, please anticipate most orders to be shipped within 4-6 business days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer expedited shipments at this time in order to prioritize the well-being of our employees. Please be aware that business days for order processing are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We apologize for any inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Our existing shipping choices, along with their average delivery durations, are as follows:
- UPS Ground: 7-10 business* days
- USPS Priority Mail Service: 2-9 business* days (online tracking not included)
*Business days are defined by the carrier's regular operational schedule. For UPS, this spans from Monday to Friday, excluding specific holidays. As for USPS Priority Mail Service, it includes Monday to Saturday, excluding federal holidays. 

An email containing your shipping confirmation will be sent to you. If you opted for UPS Ground or expedited services, your email would provide your tracking number and a link to the shipper's website. Please note that USPS Priority Mail services currently do not offer online tracking, but deliveries are typically made within 2-9 postal days from the shipment date. 

Orders might generate a 'pending' order number if additional validation of billing or shipping address information is required, or in the event of time-out errors on the site.
If you don't receive a confirmation email containing your order number within one business day, kindly reach
out to our Consumer Services team for further assistance. 

For pre-ordered titles, shipment will occur on or within 2-3 business days of their on-sale date, as indicated in your cart. Please be aware that business days for order processing are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

To initiate the cancellation of your order, please contact our Customer Service team. Send an email to batopublishing.com, including your order number, and state your request for cancellation. If you don't have
your order number, provide details such as the payment method, book title, author's name, and your complete shipping address for the order.


Note: If an item is already in process or has been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel your order.  

BATO Publishing processes payments for online orders through credit cards. Accepted credit card types include American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. 

While we may attempt to reach you via phone or email regarding payment status, please be aware that we retain the right to cancel or place a hold on any transaction without prior notice. Common reasons for such actions include:
- Failure to validate your billing and shipping addresses
- Expiry of your backorder request
- Inability to validate your payment in preparation for shipment

For further details on the status of your order, please send an email (including your order number) requesting a status update. 

No, our site does not allow orders for delivery outside of the United States except Canada, and UK

Products purchased directly from Bato Publishing may be returned under the following conditions:

- Items must be new, unopened, and include all components.
- Return shipments must contain a copy of the original packing slip.
- Return shipments must be sent by traceable means (such as USPS Priority Mail Service or UPS Ground
Service) within 30 days of the shipment date on the packing slip.

Refunds will only be issued for new merchandise ordered directly from BATO Publishing and returned in its original condition. Refunds will cover the value of the items ordered and any applicable sales taxes; however, original order shipping and handling charges and return freight charges will not be refunded.

We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number for your return for future reference. A refund will be processed to the card used for the order within 4-6 weeks of receiving the returned item(s) if they meet the
specified conditions.
