Estimated delivery times may vary based on the destination. Standard shipping usually takes 20days while expedited shipping takes 14days.

3. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight, size of the package, and chosen shipping method.

4. Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds Policy:

Our Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 5days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items, such as personalized or perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software, are non-returnable.

3. Return Process:
Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please include the RMA number clearly on the package when returning the item.

4. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records.

5. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

6. Exchange Policy:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the item and place a new order for the desired item separately.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
In case of receiving a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or refund.
